Anxiety Interventions for Adults | 1.5 CE Credits | $25

This training was designed for any clinician looking to build their toolbox of interventions to use with clients experiencing anxiety! Participants will explore interventions to use during different phases of treatment and will learn many practical skills from a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities.

Objectives:
  1. Learn interventions that are appropriate for adults with a variety of different anxiety diagnoses from CBT, ACT and ERP theoretical models.
  2. Practice implementing anxiety interventions within personal clinical style

Presenters

Janine Snyder, LCSW,

Janine Snyder, LCSW, is a Lead Clinical Director, supervisor, and psychotherapist for AMK Counseling in Chicago, IL. Janine has worked in the mental health field supporting clients with anxiety diagnoses for over 10 years. She uses a strengths-based model that pulls from CBT, ACT, DBT, and ERP. Janine has also worked as a clinical supervisor to practicum students, pre- and post-licensure clinicians and has developed and presented trainings on clinical topics.
