Presenters

Jen Hanzel, LCPC

Jen Hanzel is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and the Director of ADHD and Executive Functioning Services at AMK Counseling in Chicago. She is passionate about helping clients develop insight, perspective, and the strategies needed to continue moving forward in their lives. Her clinical experience and areas of interest include addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, executive functioning differences, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and women’s health. She utilizes a strengths-based approach with her clients and applies several therapeutic modalities in her practice including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
